What is your entity name and how did you choose it?

It's an exciting time for me because I'm going to set up my entity! I have a list of like 20 names though, how do I pare it down? Also the obvious newbie questions: LLC vs Ccorp? How did you choose a lawyer? Did you price shop or go through referral? Thanks!
