Looking to embark on my first deal. A home run. Issue is can't figure out the legal stuff . LLC business loan or PersonalnLoan.......any suggestions.

My suggestion, and the suggestion of many investors much more successful than I, is to not sweat the LLC business loan or personal loan stuff. Just go out, find a deal, and go with what makes sense for the deal.

Are you considering house hacking? It's a great way to get owner occupant financing that is pretty straight forward. That would be my personal suggestion, but however you structure it isn't the biggest thing. The biggest thing is just getting started.
