Credit and Financing

I have a goal of obtaining my first BRRRR property in the next 6months. I have spent the previous year researching my market. I'm new to BP and love the feedback I have received to this point. I have a couple options for financing using private money from friends and family. In the past six years I have gone through an ugly divorce and file d bankruptcy soon after that. I have spent years rebuilding my credit and will continue to do so. I wanted to know if private money is my only option? Is it advantageous to establish an credit through an LLC or Corp as well? I am prepared and understand that I may have a difficult time getting started. That being said, I'm committed to doing so, even if more traditional finance options are not open to me.
