Hi my name is Azhar and my cousin and I just started investing in real estate in the milwaukee area. I work overseas but my cousin who lives in Milwaukee purchase our first investment  property and we plan do buy some more in the future to build a good size portfolio  for passive  income. At the moment we would like to buy some more rental properties  but in the future we would like to maybe do some flipping and wholesaling. Any advice from experienced investory would be greatly appreciated .  thanks
