Been out of the BP network for awhile but wanting to jump in!

Ive been listening to the podcast for a couple years now and I love hearing everyone success story. I am in the military and I am young so I do not have alot of capitol. I would like to know from someone thats 22-23 where do you start. I know im aloud a VA loan and I could use that on a mutli family but I have to live in that house for a year, Im more looking into being a part of a team but from afar since I will be moving alot. My overall goal is to make as much as I make now if not more. By the age of 30 I would like to have enough income coming in form real estate that my job in the military is just for fun since I enjoy it so much. Im just reaching out since I have been off for so long, I am willing to learn, so if anyone wants to take a young buck under there wing and learn tricks of the trade I would be more than open to it!! Thank you all.
