First Time Real Estate Investor Questions - Twin Cities MN

Hey everyone!

I have been doing real estate since the beginning of this year & want to start looking into investing/flipping properties in the Twin Cities area. At the moment I am not able to invest in a property on my own, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any individuals, companies, or programs that I could get in touch with? Any information/advice would be awesome & greatly appreciated.
