Hello everyone, I really need some help. I live in the greater Seattle area, and would like marketing ideas. I'm having a hard time getting owners to offer my services to and I'm on a low budget for starting out. Any tips or tricks of the trade would be much appreciated! Thank you for your ideas.

We have flipped before in Nevada and Arizona. We have been out of the market since 2008. What are your goals? You have to start there. If your budget is small right now,and you want to begin wholesaling. Begin with driving your area of choice, cherry pick unkept properties, you also have access to motivated sellers on the MLS. Create a small campaign and reach out to sellers. As an agent you must tread lightly due to your fiduciary responsibilities as an agent. You can also find cash buyers on the MLS. They may be looking for more properties. Absolutely find real-estate meet up groups in your area, there you will find , real-estate lawyers, other investors, possibly investor friendly title agents, etc. You MUST network. Birds of feather flock together and everyone is more than willing to help. I have just started my marketing campaign. But the first time I just mingle with people who were investing and then found myself jumping into it. Good luck!
