Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie to the REI game and would love to get some feed back on the best way to start. It's my goal to be a buy & hold guy.Although it maybe the buy/flip to start out.
I set aside some working capital 60k liquid and have a credit score of 800.My focus has been foreclosure market in the boston area.In the process of starting an LLC and looking at my first auction on aug 17
Any thoughts, comments, advice would be very helpful.
