Baltimore area realtor recommendation

HI BP members!

I am relatively new to the Baltimore area and looking to connect with a realtor with experience working with buy and hold investors in Baltimore County (Brooklyn, Essex, dundalk etc.).  The Realtors I have met with were not at all familiar with these areas.  They were all happy to work with me but I thought the point of working with a realtor was access to their knowledge?  I know things probably work differently than buying in popular areas like fed hill.
