wholesaling/flipping

hello everyone, I have always been interested in flipping houses and have been listening to tons of podcasts. I came across sean terry and his wholesaling business along with bigger pockets. My father owns a residential contracting business, but I am very interested in investing, however wholesaling seems more down my alley. I do however have no experience in this business. I am a sample coordinator for a clothing company and a single mother. My goal is to learn as much about this business as I can and dive right in. With that said, I am a little lost in which direction to take and how to get started. There is a lot of information out there and I am not exactly sure what beginning steps I should be taking. Can anyone give me any advice?? Thank you!!!
