Seeking investors in Lake County

Hello good morning BP members my name is Rodolfo Delacruz. I am currently a resident of Waukegan IL and my wife and I are starting a home flipping business in the lake county area to bring value into our community. The goal is to purchase either auctioned or foreclosed homes with huge potential and rehab them then either hold it to start out some monthly cash flow or sell out once rehab. I would like to hear experiences from local investors. I have heard podcast and researched the BP forums with great information. BP is a great resources.
