Hi All,

I am a newbie RE investor and I wanted to ask the group here for suggestions on what are some online resources for rearching whether a property/area is under A/B/C/D ? What is the criteria for this classification , is it just the crime profile of an area or are there other factors that determine what category will a house fall under ?

Thanks in advance, Mukesh
