Places to get good stats for property?
Hello All,
I have been looking at some properties and wanted to start practicing analyzing deals but I'm not sure where to get the information I need from. I live a rural area and I'm not finding much information for these properties online. I work 40-50 hrs a week out of town so going by the courthouse every week for numbers isn't feasible and the assessors website doesn't have much information about the properties. I have noticed that websites like home.com, trulia.com, zillow.com etc have information as far as average rent for the area, value estimate, comps for other properties in the area etc. Are these sites good, accurate sources for this information?
Thanks in advance for your help :)
