Beginning in wholesale.

As I mentioned in a previous post, a partner and I are going to begin wholesaling in SoCal and are getting ready to send the first mail drop in the coming weeks. I want to ask those experienced in California about the best purchase and assignment contracts to use so that we don't run into any legal issues.
