What is the best and easiest accounting software to use?

I am trying to use quickbooks. I had used it several years ago and loved it. Now it is not easy for me. I keep having duplicate or tripiclate postings. I am not happy. Please tell me there is a program out there let lets me flip houses and make money without an accounting degree. As a matter of fact, I did graduate from a business college majoring in accounting many many years ago, HELP!
