HELP! low money loan options

Hello I'm 20 years old and wanting to start in real estate. Only problem is that most loans require a high percent to be put down. I'm wondering if anybody has some advice or tips for me for finding a way to get a loan with putting little money down. What would be my best option? Hard money lending? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
