How to pull equity as a foreign investor

 Hello

I currently own some rental property free and clear in Jacksonville Florida

These properties are single-family homes generally

I was wondering if anyone on BP knows a company or a lender that will allow me to pull the equity as a line of credit. These properties

I have owned both of these properties for less than a year but there is no bank involved mortgages or lenders as they are free and clear any advice?
