Good evening BP!

My wife and I are new to real estate investing. We are off to what I feel is a really good start. I'm currently active duty military stationed at Hurlburt Field, and I truly love this area. We've got multiple highly populated military bases, Destin and Navarre for vacation destinations, and Pensacola 45 minutes down the road. I've taken full advantage of my VA loan, and will be closing on my second SFH as my new primary residence next week. We rented out our first property in Navarre in 4 hours, for a cash flow that should be north of $500/month.

My wife and I are both real estate agents here as well, and we would love to network with whomever is around us be it another agent, investor, property manager, etc. We'd just like to grow our network with like minded individuals. If you're out here, lets connect, grab some coffee and bounce ideas off each other! I'd like to focus on purchasing my 3rd property next year, however my financing will have to get creative since I'll have only about 100k on my VA loan remaining. I'm open to creative thinking, as thats what's gotten us here today.
