Software Suggestions?

What software system are you real estate pros out there using? I just put my very first investment property under contract and would like to have a system in place to keep my financial house in order from the very beginning. My goal with this house is to flip it but eventually down the road I will be looking to add rental properties to my portfolio as well so ideally I'd like a system that can accompany both.
