Nashville Real Estate
Hi everyone! I cant even begin to describe how obseesed I am with relestate. Im 21, I live in Nashville, and im just starting out. I own my own bussiness here in Nashville that is ousidee of real estate. Im wanting to start my dream of investing in realestate. I plan on purchasing my first property sometime in the next 6 to 12 months. Not exactly sure weather ill house hack, rentout, or simply live on the property. Im simply here for any guidance, lessons, or experience anyone can offer.
