Hi , As you can see I just joined BP. I am just getting started in REI ;I wanted to start off with wholesaling to build some funds and then move up into flips/Rehabs & rentals.I am in Miami, Fl. I am looking for Mentor or investor who is willing to guide or partner up for some deals.I seen & have found lot of foreclosures/pre-foreclosures or auctions & really have no clue on how to pursue or the funds to obtain those types. I would greatly appreciate someone with more experience and knowledge on getting started. Thank you in advance.
