New to bigger pockets

Hello to all, I'm new to this site and I don't really know anything about real estate. I want to invest, but without any knowledge, it will be frustrating. I'm going to start taking classes to become a real estate agent, so my question is. Becoming a real estate agent should be my first step? Or is there any other classes or training I should take. My goal is to have rentals as I already own one. Thank you all
