Removing existing owners or tenants from an investment property?
I'm seriously interested in what will be my first fix and flip project. The house has tenants currently staying in the property. I'd be buying this property on Auction and was wondering what input or experiences anyone could share about how to get current owners or tenants to vacate properties bought on auction so i can start with my flip?
