One of the best way to learn is to devour podcasts. Theres a ton of good ones out there and they interview smart people that are doing big things. Finding someone with experience to take you under their wing is even better. After you have some investing knowledge you need to jump in and take action! Good Luck

Best advice I could give you is learn but at some point you'll have to take action. You could get a real estate license if you have little money or if you do get a job right out of school you could buy a property that allows you to rent out space (either a separate unit or bedroom(s) ) AKA House Hacking. This will allow you to build equity quickly.

Hello everyone, I have recently become very interested in real estate investing and I would like your opinions on where to start. I am currently in my last year of college and would like to start investing as soon as I can.
