Hello, I am new and getting my start to real estate investing, although I do have a small amount of knowledge about real estate and I also have family who are in the industry. I have a question about renting a property. Do you have to live in the property for a year before renting it? or can you immediately purchase a home then rent it out? ***I know I could have asked my family this question, but I want to get more answers from other investors*** Haha
