Hello all! I have invested in flipping homes before but did all the work myself. I pulled out of the market back in 2006 during the crash. I have had this burning desire for a couple years to start back flipping homes and then would like to rent for positive income to fund my flips. There is so much information out there but I just need a little help getting started. I do have some cash but I don't want to strap myself in case another flip comes up. My goal is to start flipping and build up enough to do this full time. Any help would be great. I just need the jump start to get moving.
