Hey guys I am new to real estate. I have been doing as much research as I can. Listening to bigger pockets pod cast and have read a few books. I'm looking to get into flipping houses. I'm a little hung up on the financing part. I have some money save but not enough to do it all myself. Also looking into an FHA loan. Maybe a live in flip. Any advice from you guys or what you have done would be great.
