Hello everyone!!! I am not really new to BP, but this is my first post. I mostly listen to podcasts and have just started reading the forums. I have loved real Estate since I can remember. I bought my first house (sfr) this year. I plan on staying in it for at least 6 years. I do want to buy a rental property next year and possibly be in a place to quit my job in 3 years. I am sooooo new I just don't know where to start with the 1st property. I would prefer it be in henry county. Sfr? Duplex? How much should I look to save for down payment? What should I look to spend on the house vs the rent? Then, is quitting my job in 3 years realistic? What is a sound way of going about that? I am willing to go all in. My current income is good, but financial freedom is my goal! Help me get there BP community. Thanks in advance!
