Just starting in Houston
I and a partner are wanting to start flipping in Houston and then move into rentals as capital builds. He has the money, I have the time and construction background. We both have good credit and solid income. The general idea is to have him pay cash then I do all the work. We are just starting this and have not purchased our first property yet. Any suggestions on a partnership like this?
