I can go anywhere - where should I go?

Hello - brand new member here. At a cross roads. I am interested in house hacking and can go anywhere in the country. I have approximately $200K to start with. Where does everyone think I should go? I am currently in the DC metro area but am ready to move on. Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts.
