Thanks all. Russell, looks like you're in MD. Are there duplex opportunities there? Not much in northern VA. Mike, I am CA girl and will end up there eventually but am focusing on wealth building, for the next 5 years anyway, plus have some adventures.

Hello - brand new member here. At a cross roads. I am interested in house hacking and can go anywhere in the country. I have approximately $200K to start with. Where does everyone think I should go? I am currently in the DC metro area but am ready to move on. Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts.
