What should i do next

I purchased my first investment 8 months ago. It's a duplex I got for 80. I love in one side had was blessed enough to have a very good tenant in the other side... I am starting to save money again for my next investment, however, I am split between getting started in wholesales and landlording. I've read a lot about how being a landlord takes a while to grow in wealth and wholesales doesn't. I would really like to have some mentors in real estate. In hoping to find one in my area.
