What should i do next
I purchased my first investment 8 months ago. It's a duplex I got for 80. I love in one side had was blessed enough to have a very good tenant in the other side... I am starting to save money again for my next investment, however, I am split between getting started in wholesales and landlording. I've read a lot about how being a landlord takes a while to grow in wealth and wholesales doesn't. I would really like to have some mentors in real estate. In hoping to find one in my area. Savannah GA.

Definitely keep your duplex and use wholesaling to build capital to buy more rentals. If you are looking to get into wholesaling you can add me to your buyers list. I purchase homes to flip and cheap (5-40K) rentals all through Savannah, Pooler, Port Wentworth and the Islands.
