Hello Team, I am a new member joining from NJ. I am interested in purchasing foreclosed properties in Plainfield NJ; Fixing them up and then flipping them.

I have attended a couple of foreclosure auctions in Elizabeth NJ

Before attending an auction, do people do a title search for properties they are interested in ? Or is the upset value that they announce in the auction a full cost of all liens for that property ?
