Looking for a business partner

Hey All,

I am new to real estate and I have a lot of goals and I am looking for someone that is interested in sharing ideas and possibly coming together as a partner or mentor. I have been trying to complete my first wholesaling deal but I have been unsuccessful to date but I have about 8 cash buyers that are asking me to help them acquire property. I am 25 and very motivated. I am in the process of taking the course to get my RE license and I have a full time job as of now to help fund marketing materials that I need. If you or anyone you know would be interested in conversation to see what we can improve on I am more than open to hearing about it. 

Currently I am involved with:

Tax Liens 

Tax Deeds

Wholesaling 

Real estate license.

I want to learn as much as possible and I am aiming to connect to build my network and eventually build my net worth.

@Robere Istatia Sounds like you've got a good thing going. I think funneling your money into as much targeted direct mail as possible is a fantastic idea. 

If you don't mind me asking, what is your wholesale marketing strategy looking like, currently?
