Trying to learn the business in NH

Hello, I'm a 22 yo College student currently a few semesters away from getting my Masters in Plastics Engineering and have a job as a Plastics Engineer. I've been extremely into the real estate business for some time now, I'm constantly looking for houses to flip/rent out to tenants to get more income and have managed to find a few that would've been great deals. However my inexperience in the business has halted me from proceeding.

If there's anybody out there in the Southern NH area that would take me under their wing and let me tag along on one of their journeys to really understand what the whole process is about, I would be ecstatic. As compensation I would be more than happy to help out. I have worked as an HVAC Tech for 5 years before this and still have a few licenses that are up to date as of this post.

I look forward to all replies.

Thanks,

-Zachary Gannon
