Complexes

Hey, I'm a new investor & I want to concentrate on buying multi family complexes. My credit score is reasonable, but trying to save while having other bills such as a car note & student loans can somewhat impede on me doing what I'm trying to accomplish. I've found several buildings that I think would work well, but I'm having trouble finding 100% funding for the first deal. I would appreciate any advice or recommendations that I would need just starting out as a fresh investor .
