Where to find "contract and seller" forms

Hi my name is Anthony and I am brand new to the wholsesale real state game. I am about to get my first house under contract. Does anyone know where I can buy standard real estate contract forms?  If I am correct I would need two forms..one for the me to get the property under contract and one for me to assign the contract over to my investor? Any info anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.
