Hi all,

My name is Igor and i am a new investor in my mid 20's in the Rhode Island area, specifically in Providence.

I would love to hear from some seasoned investors, agents, owners, and brokers in the area that would be willing to discuss the market. If anyone has any tips or advice that they would like to have heard when they were starting out or just open to a fun conversation with someone new, it would be great to get in touch.

I am interested in investing in buy and hold multi family properties (3+ units) in any price range in or around Providence.

Thanks for showing interest, much appreciated.

I am indeed looking for properties in the East Side as it seems to be the most promising area in the upcoming years for Providence. If you could give your insight/opinion on it, that would be great.

I would also love to hear your recommendations for second hand neighborhoods too, definitely could be interesting to consider.

Let me know if you would be open to a quick meeting for me to pick your brain, as you been investing in this market for a few years already.
