Documents to keep you out of trouble in real estate investing
I was wondering how I can find out where the documents to have contractors, buyers, sub contractors etc. to sign and keep you safe and from having a lawsuit or losing your complete retirement or savings. When you flip or buy and hold a home. I have heard them called the six critical documents. Or waivers and contracts. But I don't know where to look. Thank you everyone for your help.
