Hello I am looking to work hands on with a seasoned investor by providing my time and assistance with actual work or partnerships. I am not looking for any programs at this time as I am invested in the knowledge of it. I have bought programs locally that have been very helpful. Now I need live training to assist an investor as I learn. I have knowledge as a realtor, mortgage lending , servicing and dealing with distress properties. Any knowledge is helpful.
