What ROI should I be looking for

I am just starting out and currently have one investment property. I house hacked and my first, currently only rental, was the house I was living in. I was fortunate enough to plan ahead so I had always intended on renting it out when I moved as part of my long term strategy. I am getting ready to purchase my second rental but cannot find good information or rule of thumb of what my ROI, cash flow, or break even on when down payment money is returned in full, should be. Any advice or recommendations of articles / books where I should be looking at is very much appreciated!
