Vacant Lot Buyers?
I am trying to figure out how to locate vacant lot buyers in South Florida. I have a small buyers list of consistent cash investors that I felt sufficed every category of investors but now that I have came across some land to wholesale I realize none of my investors are interested.
Also. What do vacant lot investors look for? It seemed extremely easy to get this current lot under contract for a discounted price, I light consider this a new pipeline of leads once I find the right investor(s) for them.
