Has anyone created a Business Plan for their business when they first started out? Does anyone have any tips or templates that would help people like myself who don't have much experience in creating business plans? I'm looking to create a business plan for buy and hold as well as flipping properties but I honestly have know idea where to start. Any help is appreciated Kevin
