Looking for Investor/Mentor in NJ Area

Hi all! I'm a new member (and new investor) in northern New Jersey looking for a mentor/investor in the area to learn from and help get started. I've been listening to as many BP podcasts as I can and reading the blogs, forums and all of the other resources here. I've started to analyze some deals in the area but currently do not have the cash to get started. But I am extremely eager and motivated to get started and hope I can find someone willing to work together! Thank you all in advance

Hey @Gil Swenson - welcome to Bigger Pockets. Have you been to any REIA meetings yet? There's one in Newark that meets the first Tuesday of every month, its a $10 cover charge and there's people from all over North Jersey.
