HI EVERYONE!!!!!!! So I sat down and read the whole Bigger Pockets ultimate beginners guide!!!! WOOOOOOOW like I said before I'm a complete newbie to this industry!!! My boyfriend and I are narrowing down our niche, and strategy. We went to look at a fixer upper, I'm so so so so interested in REIT's right now since I started investing last year in stocks. I'm just so impressed with THIS AMAZING GUIDE!!!! Thank you bigger pockets we finally see the doors opening to never working a JOB ever again once we get established and we will ever stop growing.
