New flipper in Salt Lake City
I am looking for my first house to flip. I have built my own home and several others with 4 years of construction experience.
I have a hard money lender with 12% interest. My questions are is this a current good percentage amount for Salt Lake City. I would be coming into the deal with 30k looking for 100-150 flip. I also am looking for good wholesalers to buy from.
