I am interested in knowing what your thoughts are on Trustee's Sales...."Court House Steps" properties.

It must be all cash. ( or cashiers check)
You can do your research prior to the sale.
Plenty of inventory.

What would be a reason NOT to buy this way?
What is your take on this way of buying properties with large profit margins?
