It must be all cash. ( or cashiers check)
You can do your research prior to the sale.
Plenty of inventory.

What would be a reason NOT to buy this way?
What is your take on this way of buying properties with large profit margins?

Jake, This is what my partner & I do.....we buy in San Bernardino & Riverside Counties for the largest profit margins. We buy from the "court house" steps (after all the research is done.) Beautiful profit margins.....
