hi everyone, I'm very interested in real estate investing, been listening to the podcast for 3 months and i love it, based in tampa, in the coming years my wife and i look forward to purchasing our first property, at that time we will be 100k liquid for a budget and me personally I'm looking at small apartment complexes, to me it makes sense more than a single family home but alas, hi everyone!
