Hard Money Lender

Hello BP community,

Last week I posted a topic about self directed IRA's. I received sound advice and direction. I soon realize it would not be in my best interest to use my 401K to purchase my first multi-family property, if I'm looking to reinvest my gains to purchase other properties.

The great thing is I do have $20K saved, along with a prequel of $340k.  The max I'm seeking to procure my first home is in the neighborhood of $200k-$275k. I'm looking to establish a relationship with a hard money lender(s).

I've created several relationships with a few local brokers who have been sending me properties within my price point. When I'm ready to pull the trigger and make an offer, I would like to have my financing in order.
